How things work
A few simple policies keep every stay safe, fair and stress-free for the dogs and for you.
Boarding deposit
A $20 deposit is required to reserve boarding dates. Your reservation is held once the deposit is received.
Remaining payment
The remaining balance is due at drop-off.
Late pickup
A $20 late pickup fee may apply if your dog is picked up outside the agreed window. If you're running behind, just let me know as soon as you can.
Vaccinations
Rabies, DHPP and bordetella vaccinations should be current for boarding and daycare. Please bring records or upload them with your booking request so I have them on file.
Cancellations & changes
Please give as much notice as possible if your plans change so the dates can be offered to another family. Deposits may be applied to a future stay for cancellations made with reasonable notice.
Accurate information
Owners should provide accurate feeding, medication, behavioral and emergency information so I can care for your dog safely.
Crate training
Dogs that are not reliably crate trained may need to have their own appropriately sized kennel or crate provided by the owner.
Safety & behavior
Any history of biting, aggression, escaping, resource guarding or severe anxiety must be disclosed. If a dog becomes unsafe for themselves, for me, or for other pets in my care, I'll contact you right away and a stay may need to end early.
Grooming pricing
Final grooming price may vary depending on your dog's size, coat type, coat condition, matting, behavior and the services required. Any additional charges will always be discussed with you beforehand.
Booking approval
Booking requests are not confirmed until they are reviewed and approved. Availability will be confirmed after your booking request is reviewed.
